The Migrant Health Collaborative of South Jersey (MHC) strives to identify, establish, or expand projects and programs addressing medical and social-emotional needs of migrant workers, immigrants, and their families.

MHC is honored to fill a special role in connecting all of the resources in South Jersey with individuals who are truly in need but often miss the opportunities due to the transient nature of their work. Throughout MHC’s history, the aim has been to do the work to deliver as many resources possible on to the farms in order to maximize the number of individuals we reach.
Health Screenings & Medical Access
We connect farm laborers with healthcare services by conducting essential health screenings.
Holistic Support & Essential Supplies
MHC provides critical daily needs, including: hygiene kits, sunwear for outdoor protection, clothing and personal care products.
Collaborative Partnerships
We foster partnerships with academic institutions and health organizations to offer sustainable care and long-term support.
Educational programs
We strive to provide educational programs, including English classes, art workshops, storytelling events, and field trips.
